Our children are precious and as they trick-or-treat around our neighborhoods, here are a few neighborhood safety tips to help keep them safe.
Neighborhood Safety
- Keep your yard or sidewalk clear of decorations that may be hard for trick-or-treaters to see.
- Keep your house well lit.
- Your kids should always trick-or-treat in groups.
- Use a flashlight to help others see you.
- Remind your children not to enter strange houses or cars.
- Check all treats at home and be careful of anything not factory sealed.
- Report any suspicious or criminal activity to local police.
